Welcome to JJ Leather Crafts (www.jjleathercrafts.ca), operated from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. About Our Products

Every item is handmade from full-grain leather. Natural hides vary — small differences in grain, tone, and markings between the product photos and your item are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects. Colours may also render differently on different screens.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order for stock, pricing-error, or fraud-prevention reasons, and will notify you promptly if so.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period and can't be applied retroactively.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product photos, descriptions, guides, and the JJ Leather Crafts name and logo — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or imagery to misrepresent goods elsewhere.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, including the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
