Every JJ Leather Crafts order is handmade, inspected, and packed at our workshop in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, and shipped with full tracking anywhere in Canada — free of charge, no minimum order.
Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Because each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order or personalized items may need 3–7 business days before dispatch — we'll say so on the product page and in your confirmation email if that applies.
Canadian Delivery Times (Free, Tracked)
- British Columbia: 2–4 business days
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–6 business days
- Ontario & Quebec (incl. Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal): 4–8 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 5–9 business days
- Territories & remote areas: 7–14 business days
Timelines are estimates from the day your order ships. During peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays) carriers may add 2–4 days.
United States & International
We ship to the United States (typically 7–12 business days, tracked) and worldwide (10–21 business days). International rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), contact us and we'll open a carrier trace. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost.
Address Changes
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and before dispatch to correct an address — parcels can't be rerouted once with the carrier.
